Refund policy
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
1. Send an Email to returns@fanzorner.com to inform us of the reason that causes you to return the goods with the picture/video so we know that the quality of the returning product is in good condition which still fulfills the free-reason return policy. Please note that all returns cost initiated for non-quality issues will be covered by customers.
2. Return is initiated by the customer within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Your return may be subject to cancellation if the original packaging is not included.
3. The item(s) is mailed back within 7 days of return authorization
All returns require authorization. Please note, that if the parcel cannot be passed the inspection part, you may not get the full refund. The return shipping is on your charge. And the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
4. We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists.
All gift cards, mystery items, and sale items are final sales.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the local carriers and file a claim within 20 days of the last shipping update and provide the lost certificate by the carriers. After 20 days, the request will be denied.
